Probate and Estate Administration Paralegal
As a Probate and Estate Administration Paralegal, Ursula participates in client consultations to determine how the firm can assist. She also communicates and meets with clients and third parties during processes such as asset collection, disbursement, medical affidavits, and accountings. Additionally, she attends court dockets and dates, and helps with document review, research, preparation, and filing.
Ursula completed her paralegal studies at Mercy College in New York. Before joining our firm in January 2022, she worked as a paralegal in both small and large firms in New York and Massachusetts for nearly 40 years. She also served as the Assistant to the Town Administrator in Marblehead for several years.
Ursula is the mother of two college students and a happy pet owner with a cat, dog, and bird. She serves as the altar flower coordinator, thrift shop volunteer, Snowflake Fair cook, and a lecturer at her church. She enjoys flower arranging, cooking, caring for the environment, and helping others.
