Beverly MA Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning & Elder Law Firm

Welcome to the Law Office of Julie Low. Conveniently located in downtown Beverly, our practice serves clients in Massachusetts exclusively in three inter-related areas of law: Elder Law, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning.

Our customized and comprehensive plans are designed to meet each client’s unique needs and objectives. Clients are actively involved in the entire process so that, with our advice and guidance, you make the best decisions which result in a plan you understand and will work when needed, with an eye to minimizing taxes and expenses. We find this greatly reduces stress and lessens conflict for loved ones…especially in a time of emotional duress.

Because we believe our clients appreciate knowing the costs upfront, we offer numerous plans and reports at fixed prices. This fosters positive communication by encouraging clients to call or email with questions and helps everyone to focus on the task at hand rather than watching the clock. Exceptions to this are Probate and Trust Administration matters, which are billed hourly because there is simply no way to tell how involved it will become.

We know that people may be anxious about seeing an attorney, especially under stressful circumstances. Our offices are warm and inviting and our staff is committed to your trust, comfort and care. We hope you’ll dig deeper into this website for more detailed information and then consider giving us a call or signing up for one of our complimentary workshops to see if we can work together to accomplish your goals.
