The Law Office of Julie Low is located in the heart of Beverly, MA—a beautiful sea-side city rich in history and culture, but with the feel of a small town. For these reasons, Attorney Low has chosen to call Beverly home, both professionally and personally.
The office opened in early 2010 and has since grown steadily as more people have become aware of Julie’s personable and comprehensive approach to Estate Planning and Elder Law. “In our practice, we focus on the client-- every decision we make is with them in mind,” says owner and principle attorney, Julie Low. This desire to serve her clients well has also influenced her decision to use fixed pricing for engagements, rather than hourly billing; this allows the clients, and Julie, to have an open discussion about the issues at hand, rather than focusing on the clock.
About a year after opening, Julie knew that in order to continue providing exceptional customer service, her team needed to grow. In June 2011, Julie hired Jerrica to be her first staff member acting as Office Manager and Legal Assistant. Jerrica and Julie worked together to develop the practice around the values client’s found so appealing: “no-surprise” pricing, open communication, and peace of mind.
The team continues to develop as the Law Office of Julie Low reaches out to new clients. Recently, Julie hired a Client Services Manager to step in as the new warm and friendly face of the office, as Jerrica left at the end of July 2012 to pursue a graduate degree in Business Administration. Jane Ash joins the team with experience in both management and networking, which will certainly help the office grow to its fullest potential.
